Memory Dex Cards

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Friday to all!
I've been a little busy with work and things at home. We just completed painting (kitchen, livingroom and bathroom) and now we are organizing and making certain changes to the kitchen. I've missed you all and will be making my bloggy stops to see everyone's projects...which I have missed.
I am super excited about today's post because it is a 1st for me. It is my 1st time entering a YT 1,000 subbie challenge hosted by Anna Colby and creating a memory dex card as well!
Congrats Anna!  The challenge was to create a 4x4 decorated memory dex card. I chose to go with my 3 favorite holiday/season theme. I started with a memory dex card file (free) from Lorrie Nunemaker's (YT) channel. I also used the slice feature on the Cricut Explore which I had seen on one of her YT tutorials (Here). I had so much fun making them!!

Here are my entries.........

For my Halloween entry, I used the Boo collection by Recollections, the Halloween Cuddly Ghost and the Masked Boo Caption from SVG Cuts. The polaroid frames are from the Cricut Design Space catalog. I adhered trimmings and rhinestones. For the shaker, I used tulle and a Halloween sequins mix that I made.

For my Fall entry, I used the DCWV's "Good Eats" Stack and the super cute fox was a freebie from one of Lori Whitlock's blog hop. The leaves (which I embossed), wood log, Fall caption, and grass are from the C.D.S. catalog. For the shaker, I used the Autumn Sequins from Annie's Paper Boutique.

For my Christmas entry, I used the Craft Smith-Always Christmas paper pad and glitter cardstock. All of the die cuts are from the C.D.S catalog. The snowflakes are stickers that came in a embellishment box that was created for me in a Christmas In July (YT) swap that I had participated. The Christmas sequins mix is from Verve Stamps (no longer in business).

I had so much fun making them and
I will be making more of them!!!

"Congratulations to Beth"

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Wednesday!
The Trendy Twine design team (current and alumnae) and some of this year's guest designers wanted to send a little love to Beth to celebrate her new baby girl, Autumn.

For Beth's shaker card, I used Bo Bunny's Weekend Adventures paper (pink) and the stitched rectangles die set from GMD. The little lamb is from the Carta Bella "It's a Girl" Ephemera die cut cardstock pieces. Next, I added a pretty bow with the Totally Pink Trendy Twine.

For the shaker, I used the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies (MCT) and the Peek-a-Boo Circle Window Dies (MFT), Raspberry Cupcake Sequins from APB, other sequins and micro beads.

I would love for you to please stop by the Trendy Twine blog to congratulate Beth & to see what everyone else has created.

Christmas In July!

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Sunday!!
I hope that you are all having a wonderful weekend!
This weekend after catching up with things at home (laundry, cleaning & grocery shopping) I was able to have some time to craft and since I am keeping up with the Christmas in July theme I thought I would make these adorable Mason Jar Shaped cards.

Since I wanted to use non-traditional colors on my cards, I used the "Festive Wishes" paper pack & Craft-Smith Holiday Foil Solids. I used the WRMK Mason Jar Shape dies that was given to me by my crafty friend Siv@ACraftyPoodleMomThanks Siv!
The silver (star) tinsel was a piece that I had found in my holiday stash. I am definitely buying more when I get the chance. I added a pretty bow to each die cut tag (it came with the mason jar shape dies set) and stamped the The Merry Christmas sentiment from the It's a Magical Season stamp set from My Creative TimeFor the pretty snowflake (which happens to be my favorite snowflake die) I used the Marisa Snowflake Wafer Die from SSS.
