Dancing Candle!

Good day to all my bloggie friends!
This weekend after finishing up my chores at home I was looking into some new challenges.
I came across "The Color Throwdown" challenge blog.
The colors from this week's inspiration photo are red, yellow, blue and orange.
So I decided to combine this challenge with the sketch challenge over at FFC as well as other challenges.
For the base of my birthday card I used the postage stamp card base from SVG Cutting Files.
The super cute "Dancing Candle" is from My Scrap Chick.
I just had to add those googly eyes...cute, right?
I stamped the sentiment "Hi" to greet the recipient of this birthday card.
I also stamped "Happy Birthday" to the inside of the card as well.
I used red crinkle ribbon from my friend Karen. Thanks Karen!
To complete the sketch, I made/tied a bow with totally red trendy twine and a orange button.
This candle is ready to party!! LOL

ENJOY!

Just 4 U!

Good day to all my bloggie friends!
I could not resist joining in on the fun with this week's sketch challenge over at DCD.
I went with a Birthday theme.
I started out by using the Black & White paper pad by Recollections.
On my Cricut Explore I used the print n' cut feature and the Cutie KaToodles Teacup Panda
by KBD. On my banner I stamped the Fun Vertical Greetings "Just 4 U" by MCT
and adhered a gorgeous purple bow.
I used Recollections purple polka dot pattern paper for the layers.
To complete the embellishment part of the sketch I used Purple Twilight Skittles.
Oh! Did you notice the purple? I am loving this color!
And I am sure that the recipient will love this card too!
The recipient of this card is........
Birthday cards of hope for Tammi.
Her birthday wish is to receive 60 cards by June 1st which is her birthday
and I wanted to take part in making her birthday wish come true.

ENJOY!

If you would love to take part in making her birthday wish come true,

For You...

Good day to all my bloggie friends!
I wanted to say "Thank You" to all who hopped with us this weekend.
I truly appreciate all of the bloggie love that were left on my Cupcake project.
Also, for my new followers, welcome my friend!
I believe by now I am also a follower of yours too.
 For today, I have a quick post..sorry :)
I was asked to make 3 Mother's Day cards with the color purple.
The color "purple" is a lovely color. It is not a color that I usually use but I will now.
For my cards, I used the Make It Now Lace Floral card with the Cricut Explore.
I added a Recollections embellishment on the center of each flower and I stamped
the "For You" sentiment by Teeny Tag Greetings on the bottom of my card.
The flower is just Gorgeous!

ENJOY!

I had a little issue with my white cardstock....
not too happy with my flower...lol
