DCWV August Stack-a-holic Challenge

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Tuesday!!
For today I would like to share a Christmas card that I created for the August Stack-a-holic challenge over at the  DCWV blog.

Here is the card sketch for the month of August:

Here is what I created for this challenge...
Since I chose a Christmas theme for my card, I used the "Evergreen Stack" from DCWV.
I love this stack because its festive, sparkly, and fun!
I used a circle die to cut out the number "25" that is included in the stack as well.
I adhered it on to the card using foam tape for dimension.
I used a piece of the sparkly evergreen paper (same stack) and a paper punch to make the banner.
Next, I sprinkled a few red rhinestones for a some extra sparkle....don't you just love it?

Other Supplies:
Recollections card stock
Bazzill Basics Dotted Swiss card stock (red)
Tombow Multi Mono Liquid Glue
My Creative Time: Bunch of Fun Circle Dies
Punch: Banner

So, without further ado..... here is my 1st project
I made a fun layout!
For the layout base and layers I used Recollections "Black & White" card stock & Bazzill Basics Dotted Swiss card stock (yellow & red) for some fun texture.
All of the die cuts are from the Cricut Design Space.
For my layout I used the sentiments from the "Documenting the Everyday" Stamp Set from Annie's Paper Boutique.

I made a braid with the Totally Lemon, Totally White & Totally Black Trendy Twine and adhered it to the top portion of the banner.

I used foam tape on each speech bubble for dimension.
I sprinkled some Lemon Midnight Sequins for some sparkle.

Don't you just love the super cute camera and film strip die cuts?

Here is a closer look at the photo mat and some of the fun sentiments from the DTE Stamp Set.

For my 2nd project....
I made tags with coordinating envelopes.
The tags are from the Cricut Design Space.
The sentiments used are from the "Smile" Stamp Set from Annie's Paper Boutique.
I used the Light Blue Mini Envelope.

For my tag, I used Totally Pink Trendy Twine, Raspberry Cupcake Sequins, and the
Pink & White Trendy Page Dots.

I used the Lemonade Mini Envelope

For my tag, I used Totally Lemon Trendy Twine, Bumblebee Sequins, and the

For you with Trendy Twine..

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Thursday!
Today I am over at the Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine blog with a fun project featuring
the Celebration Trendy Twine along with the Medium Candy Bags.

With the Back To School theme in mind I thought of making some yummy treats!
I filled the Medium Candy Bag with 2 cherry flavored Air Heads.
For the treat topper, I fussy cut the book image from the DCWV "The Edumacation Stack" and adhered the image onto several die cut circles.
For the die cut circles I used the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies from My Creative Time.
I adhered the treat topper to the Medium Candy Bag and stamped the "For You" sentiment from Teeny Tag Greetings from MCT as well on a die cut banner.
The die cut banner is from the Cricut Design Space.

Next, I made a pom pom and adhered it to the center of the Celebration bow and adhered it to
the bottom of the treat topper.  Super cute, right?
