And I immediately knew what to make with them.

With the help of CAC2,Cuttlebug w/swiss dotted folder,
crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl Jam, and a Happy Birthday Stamp
from Cardz TV, I was able to accomplish my

Oh my! My angelic friend, these are all things fabulous! :o) The hats are stunning and so whimsical... can I have real party hats just like them? :o) The furry trims and fun poms are incredible and I just love every inch of these cards.
