Valentine Blog Hop!

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Welcome to the Valentine Blog Hop!

This hop is about sharing the love we have for our family, friends, co-workers, and crafty bloggers. Enjoy the creativity, get inspired, spread some crafty love, and then pass it on.
Today’s message is all about Random Acts of Kindness.

There are ten stops and you won't want to miss any of them! If you are here from Janis's blog then you are in the right place. If you just happened onto my blog today and would like to join us, then start at Carson's Creations ~ Georgiana's blog. There is also a complete line-up at the end of this post just in case you need it.

What would a hop be without Blog Candy?!?! Since we LOVE our crafty friends, each blog has a bit of candy that needs to be won. Thank goodness for candy!

And Here's How:
Be sure to be a FOLLOWER and COMMENT on each blog.
If you are a follower, your comment could be randomly drawn to win some fantastic prizes! Read each blog post carefully to see what is being offered at each stop along the way!

Here is my project:

I made Treat Bag Toppers for some of my co-workers.

I used Recollections basic cardstock & the Christmas/Noel paper pad.
I used the Handled Treat Bag Topper Cutting File from PPPR.
The pretty rosettes are from the Bridal Shower cartridge. They were so easy to make.
I adhered a heart die cut sticker to each center of the rosette.
The double stitched die cut hearts are stickers that I purchased at the dollar bin over at Target.
I stamped the sentiment on a oval circle die cut from the George and Basic shapes cartridge.

The sentiment is from the Happy Days stamp set from CardzTV.

To complete my treat toppers I added rhinestones for some sparkle and a pretty red bow.

For the 3rd treat topper I used a heart die cut and glittered heart stickers from the dollar tree.
I filled the Valentine's treat bag with chocolate candy and used double sided tape for adhesion.

This is the prize being offered on my page:
I will be making a surprise bundle that you will be sure to enjoy!

Remember to win, you need to be a follower of my blog and leave a comment!
You have until Sunday night, February 12th at 8:00 pm EST to hop along with us! All winners will be announced on Monday, February 13th on each individual blog. The winners will also be posted on Carson's Creation Facebook page after all the winner's posts go live on each blog.

Here's the complete hop line-up in case you need to start at the beginning! Enjoy!

Thank you for hopping along with us today! Your next stop is Theresa.

  9. Like the treat bag toppers. Wonderful use of rosettes. Like the dimension look of this. Like the gems on the scallops. Anyone that recieves a bag of goodies like this will bee happy. I start a new job next mth. Had applied to a local plant nursery, Calloway's, last wk. Store mgr contacted me & scheduled an interview. Had interview this wk & got the job. The store mgr will provide schedule in next wk or so for start at end of this mth or begin of Mar (depending on weather since it is still Winter here in Central TX). Maybe I can make something for St. Patrick's Day for co-workers.
