Congrats Grad!

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Friday!
For today I would like to share with all a graduation card that I made for a neighbor.
I was inspired by last week's sketch challenge over at Die Cuttin's Divas.
For the base of card I used the Stitched Rectangles Dies from Gina Marie Designs.
The black & white chevron paper is from Recollections.
I used the "Woo Hoo" stamp & die set from Sunny Studio Stamps
To color the cute grad cap I used Spectrum Noir Markers and adhered it to the center of a die cut circle. Next, I added sunshine yellow skittles by Carri at DoubleClick.

Other Supplies:
Recollections cardstock
My Creative Time: Bunch of Fun Circle Dies
Cricut Design Space: Scallop Circle Die Cut

  12. Fantastic card for the graduate!!! Love that chevron paper and love the colors of the graduation cap! Beautiful card my friend! Hope you are doing well. I haven't been around in awhile because my family and I are dealing with some rough stuff right now. My uncle is dying of cancer and it is probably just days away now from when he will be called home to the Lord. It is not easy. Anyways... I hope all has been going well with you! Thank you for linking up your awesome card in our FFC this week! I hope you are having a beautiful weekend!
    Hugs,

  25. Such an awesome card, Millie. Love the design - simple and effective! I'm not normally a black and blue person, but just love this colour combo - you chose just the perfect shade of blue to go with your black and white background. It's just perfect and I'm sure will be treasured. I'm sorry I haven't been around much. Hubby has been dealing with vertigo issues and has had to go from specialist to specialist to try to figure out what is triggering it. I've had to go with him and drive him everywhere, so as you can imagine, it leaves me very little time to visit my bloggie friends. All the results have come out well, so God willing it will resolve itself out real soon. Thank you so much for all encouraging comments you have left on my blog. I enjoy reading each and every one of them.
Have a wonderful day, dear friend.
