Thanks!

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Tuesday!
Well I took a little break to catch up with things at home and a little time to rest as well.
Since I am feeling much better and I am all caught up with things at home, I was finally able to craft this weekend so I decided to make a card for the Victorine Originals Challenge 8 - Purple. For my card base, I used the stitched rectangles dies from Gina Marie Designs.
The pretty purple pattern paper is from the Zodiac Premium Stack by DCWV.
I used the Hampton Art Stamp Perfect Tool and purple ink to stamp the "Thanks!" sentiment from Victorine Stamps on a die cut label. By the way, I won that stamp over at the Victorine Stamp FB page. For the pretty bow I used the Fun Size Scallop Stitched Bow Die from My Creative Time and I added purple rhinestones for some sparkle.

Here is a closer view of the pretty bow and "Thanks!' sentiment.

Trendy Twine: Happy 5 Years

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Friday!
Today, we have a special post over at the Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine blog.
Some of the Trendy Twine ladies have gotten together to celebrate Sukie's & Helen's 5 Years of being part of the Trendy Twine DT. It is truly an honor to participate in this wonderful celebration.
Congrats ladies!!
For both cards I used the Beach Babe paper pad & the Scallop Wave Dies from Pink & Main.
The "Smile" sentiment is from the Smile Stamp Set from APB. I used the butterfly & banner dies that I recently purchased. The butterflies are so pretty!

Here is what I created:
For Helen's card, I used the Totally Lemon Trendy Twine  on the bow and a Lemon Tag-Its from APB.

For Sukie's card, I used the Totally Pink Trendy Twine on the bow and a Pink Tag-Its from APB.

Please stop by the Trendy Twine blog to see what the other amazing ladies have created.

Winter Wishes:Cards for Little Hearts Card Drive

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Saturday!
I hope that you all are all having a wonderful weekend.
For today I have some super cute cards for the Cards for Little Hearts Card Drive
I was inspired with this week's Stella Sketch Challenge #512 over at Catch The Bug Challenge blog.

For my cards, I used Recollections - Christmas/Noel paper pad and the Stitched Rectangles Dies from Gina Marie Designs. I used the super cute CLYDES CHRISTMAS 01 (colored version).
The scallop yellow border is from the Wild Card cartridge. Next, I used a stitched rectangle die from on the "Winter Wishes" sentiment which was made with word.

Here are my cards for the card drive.

My cards will be donated to the Cards for Little Hearts Card DriveThe purpose of Cards for Little Hearts is to collect handmade cards for the Heart Center staff at Nationwide Children’s Hospital to distribute to children with congenital heart disease and to help lift their spirits while they are hospitalized for major heart surgery or are having a particularly tough time. The current card drive will run from July 1st - August 25th with Winter Wishes or Holiday Wishes cards collection. For the complete card guidelines and sponsors list click (HERE). I would love for you all to please help spread the word about this card drive as well as participate by donating cards. There are wonderful prizes to be won!
